Hair-style Stealer

First, I'd like to thank for the idea xDDDDDDDDDD Her deviation [link] was too at the same idea.

How come Mr. Toriyama made same-like hair to ssj3-forms than Raditz's hair? That sensei can be weird sometimes Oh well, thing isn't buggin me at all (All hail Akira Toriyama!) but I've heard lots of things about similarity between ssj3's and Raditz's hair.
